PROJECT 1 : RESEARCH IN ASIAN ARCHITECTURE
In a group of 6, we are required to research and discuss significant issues to generate a critical understanding of tradition, modernity and globalisation in the Asian architectural contexts. These issues are discussed in lectures and pre-recorded lectures to facilitate students’ group discussion in class. Students are required to present their findings in the form of a research poster and seminar presentation.

PROJECT 2 : CONTEXTUAL ARCHITECTURE STUDY
This project requires students to analyse how the selected architectural design responded to its contexts. Findings from the study is presented in the form of A2 presentation visual.
REFLECTION
Throughout this module, I'm able to describe the historical development of the main strands of Asian architecture and identify a broad range of issues related to the historical and chronological transitions of Asian architectural history. From the first project, i get to know that the techniques required for the preservation of heritage buildings and the important of protecting the historical building. The second project also help me to understand more about the contextual architecture which also can guide me on my studio final project which also focusing on the building's contextual.
