Project 1 : Experiencing Construction
First project is a group project as my group consists of 6 people. Our task is t select an ongoing construction site which visibly demonstrates most of the subject topics covered in the syllabus. Our selected site is a 2-storey terrace houses.
We need to identify different types of building elements and its construction process, details and materials. We are to study and record construction of different building elements, which we have learnt in this module. So for this project we need to provide a A3 report which consists of information, sketches with annotation and drawings. For me, i had chosen doors, windows and roof.

Project 2 : Construction detail & Specification
This second assignment is an individual assignment and its emphasizes on proposing details for certain sections of a building, both structural and architectural detailing. Our task is to find and analyse the construction of a 2-storey or 3-storey residential building where we need to identify and propose only two (2) construction details for the selected elements of the building and the two details i choose is staircase and wall. Our drawings must include the appropriate specifications, symbols, dimensions and the proposed materials clearly.
